Our verdict

Most hyaluronic acid serums list one or two HA forms and call it a day. This one lists five: sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, sodium acetylated hyaluronate, sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer and hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, layering different molecular weights so the formula plumps at the surface and hydrates deeper layers at the same time, rather than doing just one or the other. That alone would make it a solid HA serum, but the supporting cast goes further than most: ceramide NP and cholesterol for barrier lipids, beta-glucan and madecassoside (from centella) for calming, allantoin and panthenol for additional soothing, and trehalose as a secondary humectant. It reads like a formula built by people who understand that hyaluronic acid alone, unsealed, can underperform — the barrier-support ingredients are there to help hold onto what the HA draws in. It's fragrance-free and has a light, non-sticky gel-serum texture. The one real caveat: with this many active humectants and a a watery gel texture, it still needs a moisturizer on top in dry air or low humidity to get the full benefit rather than losing some of that water back to evaporation. As a multi-weight hyaluronic acid serum with genuine barrier support built in, it's a thoughtfully engineered formula rather than a one-note hydrator.
