Get help with Pure Moonlight Skin, report a problem, or ask a question about your account, scans, or subscription.

Common questions

A label will not scan

Use bright, even lighting and keep the full ingredient list in focus. You can also choose “Upload a photo” and select a clear image from your library. Ingredient analysis requires an internet connection.

Camera or photo access is unavailable

Open iPhone Settings, find Pure Moonlight Skin, and allow Camera or Photos access. The app requests access only when you choose a scan or upload action.

Restore a subscription

Open the Premium screen and tap “Restore purchases.” Make sure the iPhone uses the same Apple ID that originally purchased the subscription.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Apple manages billing. Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pure Moonlight Skin to view or change your plan.

Delete your account or data

Use Settings → Delete account inside the app to remove your account and server data. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data. You may also contact us for help.
