Rice extract — extract of the grain or bran of Oryza Sativa. Key components: inositol (moisturizing), ferulic acid (antioxidant), gamma-oryzanol (antioxidant), B vitamins. Rice water — a traditional Japanese and Korean facial remedy. In INCI: Oryza Sativa Extract or Oryza Sativa Bran Extract.

Used in toners, essences, and serums in Korean and Japanese cosmetics. Rice water is known as a natural toner for an even tone. Rice bran extract is a more concentrated source of actives.
