Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38
MATRIXYL synthe'6 — the youngest peptide of the Matrixyl family activates the synthesis of six matrix components simultaneously: collagen I, III, IV, laminin-5, hyaluronic acid, and fibronectin. The most complex peptide stimulation in one molecule.
What is it?
Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38 — palmitoyl ester of a tripeptide (KTTKS-derived, a new generation of Matrixyl). The trade name is MATRIXYL synthe'6® (Sederma/Croda). The name indicates six target matrix molecules: collagen I, III, IV, laminin-5, HA, and fibronectin. Each of these molecules plays a specific role: collagen I and III — elasticity and density, collagen IV and laminin-5 — basement membrane, HA — matrix hydration, fibronectin — cell adhesion.
Premium third-generation anti-aging formulas. The first generation — Matrixyl (PAL-KTTKS), the second — Matrixyl 3000 (PAL-GHK+PAL-GQPR), the third — MATRIXYL synthe'6. Effective concentration: 2–3 ppm.

Main Actions
Matrixyl 1 (PAL-KTTKS) — stimulates collagen I, HA. Matrixyl 3000 (PAL-GHK + PAL-GQPR) — adds anti-inflammatory action through tetrapeptide-7. MATRIXYL synthe'6 (palmitoyl tripeptide-38) — 6 matrix targets, including the basement membrane. Each generation has broader coverage. For maximum effect — a formula with two to three generations simultaneously.
