Lavender
The most studied aromatic plant in cosmetics with soothing, antibacterial, and regenerative properties. Lavender essential oil is unique — effective when used undiluted, unlike most essential oils.
What is it?
Lavender — extract or essential oil of Lavandula Angustifolia flowers. Contains linalyl acetate (30-40%) and linalool (20-45%) — the main active components with soothing and antibacterial properties. In INCI: Lavandula Angustifolia Flower Extract or Lavandula Angustifolia Oil.
Widely used in soothing creams and toners, products for sensitive and acne-prone skin, aromatherapy products for the body and bath, as well as in hair care products.
