Garcinia Indica Seed Butter — a butter with an exceptionally high content of stearic and oleic acids, giving it its characteristic hardness (one of the hardest plant butters) and exceptional oxidative stability — kokum butter hardly becomes rancid even without the addition of antioxidants.
