Idebenone — a synthetic analogue of CoQ10 with better permeability and effectiveness. CoQ10 is natural but less stable in formulations. Idebenone is effective even in low oxygen — an advantage for deep skin layer cells. Both are excellent antioxidants, but idebenone is considered more powerful.
