What is it?

Avocado oil — cold-pressed oil from the flesh or seeds of Persea Gratissima. Contains ~70% oleic acid, unique phytosterols (avocadin), chlorophyll, and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E. One of the most penetrating plant oils. In INCI: Persea Gratissima Oil or Persea Gratissima Fruit Oil.

Used in nourishing creams, masks, and products for very dry and mature skin. Effective for body and hair skin. Often combined with lighter oils to balance texture.
